One good thing about the (thankfully short-lived) roller-blading fad of the 1990's is the legacy of pretty much unused roller hockey rinks scattered about some cities.

We had to weed the rink at Fast Forward first and cut the trees that have grown out from between the boards and the cement. But it was well worth it... the rounded boards make the game super fast, and 3 hours of polo felt like 6 hours, all that turning around in circles, no slow-downs in the corners.
